The best Thai peppers
Champion of the old school Thai peppers. These puppy's are what the top Thai restaurants grind up and serve in the condiment tray. I de-seed mine before grinding up in a spice grinder to get the best there Thai pepper powder there is. Hot. Use sparingly. Buying organic is critical with this type of pepper and similar peppers, particularly overseas grown, to eliminate chemicals. Well worth the money, and American grown.
