Still buying cheap palettes. This one is great. The consistency is good, enough difference from color to color to make sense, (some palettes with a lot of "colors" will have five, six, more that look very similar, but when tested or used, there will be several that look exactly the same even when tested in daylight).I like the mix of shimmer to matte, the shimmer have just the right amount for my taste, (not too glittery looking). Colors are true to what appears on my screen, didn't fall apart when I depotted, wear well, blend ok. All are warm colors and seem to be true browns, which I was happy about since I have dozens of "red browns". This one is more than worth the money, I will use many if not all, and on my "top 5" list.UPDATE. August 2022 Over a year of buying way too many cheap palettes. I am repurchasing this one to keep intact, rather than depot like I have been. WHAT I LIKE about this one so much is the green tinge to so many of the colors. Being older literal colors that scream don't work on me, but I love the look on younger people. Flat out "green" isn't good but the gold green bent of this palette does amazing things for my medium blue, almost green eyes. If you find yourself gravitating toward warm colors, give this one a try. So many great colors, decent formula too.

O.TWO.O Eyeshadow palette 28 colors Basic makeup pallet for eyesThis eye shadow palette provides a great range of matte, shimmer, and metals with some real stunners but with several neutral shades that appear mostly the same. This is a warm-toned palette with a good assortment of sunset colors along with a splash of green.There are some really spectacular shades in this one.Phoenix - a green-black chrome that makes a smokey eye come aliveAfrican Elephant - a gold shimmer that is subtle with a bit of green undertoneLimoncello - bright yellow gold with micro glitter that sparkles insanelyThe pans are on the smaller side but with these colors, you can easily use this up rather than end up tossing the whole thing because it is out of date. I have now gone through all of the shade and while some are better than others, the whole set is worth the price. These blend super easily and I really think that these are pigments rather than normal eye shadows. Pigments might stain your eyelids so it is best to use a primer to protect your skin.You can create so many different looks with this and the quality is much better than Morphe and about the same as NYX. These are made in China but most makeup is these days. I really love this palette and so far no irritation or issues with any of the colors.

I was really looking forward to the cool-tone looking shades in this O.TWO.O Eyeshadow palette. But unfortunately, everything pulls warm except for phoenix and eternity. Galaxy looks awesome in the pan, like a grungy cool bronze...but in use it is just another warm bronze shade (refer to my swatch). All this being said, I still think this is a great palette. The shadows are pigmented, easy to blend, and preform as good as a high end palette. I was just hoping for a mix of cool and warm tones personally. And I don’t think that all of the shades swatch the same as they look in the pans. If you are in the market for a gold themed palette though, this one will definitely fit the bill. The yellow matte shades are also pretty incredible. This palette makes creating a complete warm-toned eye look quick and easy. Lots of variety all in one compact palette.

This comes sealed in bubble wrap packaging. The palette is sealed with plastic around it.The palette doesn’t have an outer product box or cardboard sleeve. But, the back of the palette does have product info. It is made in China. It has a cruelty free logo. It is the PETA logo, but it’s the old PETA logo. I looked up an updated list of cruelty free companies and “O.Two.O” was said to not be cruelty free according to that list. (I found this on crueltyfreekitty website but you can just Google search if “O.Two.O” is cruelty free and it will show up). The ingredients are listed. I included a photo.The palette is cardboard. It has a nice weight to it. It doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap. It has a magnetic closure. The outside design of the palette is simple but pretty. It’s a whitish cream color with a rose gold border and brand name, palette name, and other product info in rose gold. The whitish cream area has a kind of textured look and feel (like a really small grid look - I took a closeup photo). There is a nice sized mirror inside on the lid. There was a plastic protective sheet over the shadows. There’s shade names below each pan. There’s no smell at all (you know that smell that cheaper palettes can sometimes have).The eyeshadows all perform so well! They are all soft, smooth, and pigmented! I did finger swatches on my clean forearm (no lotion, primer, etc.). They are all 1 swipe! They performed just as well on the eyes. Pigmented, smooth, easy to blend, and lasted well throughout the day!Overall, I was extremely impressed with this palette! It is a perfect everyday palette for me! I’ve been reaching for it all the time! The eyeshadows are pigmented but easy to work with! They go on great and blend out easily. I definitely recommend!
