Good little kit to add to the tool box, and wish it had more half sizing. But overall it’s great.

Nice set, quality seems solid, storage case is nice. Used in an impact driver, this speeds any job with hex head bolts. Just get a 1/4” socket adapter as well (purchased separately). Worth it!

so far they are great very reasonable price to have a full set. No regrets whatsoever.

Have not had any problems with quality of this set, VERY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE. I'm generally quite happy with tools made in Taiwan better than Chinese but not as good as Japanese.Case is good as well (has not broken like most Chinese cases I've had).

I had originally purchased this set a couple of years ago, specifically to use on a handful of tamper-proof fasteners that I run into. They work fine, nothing special.The reason I am writing this is because of a recent project I completed. I was putting together a bunch of office chairs and needed a 5mm allen to drive the fasteners. The only 5mm I had handy was the one from this set. As is typical of office furniture assembly, the fitment of the pieces was not great. I originally tried using my screw gun, but it was not powerful enough. I put this socket on my 20V Dewalt Atomic Impact Driver and it managed to force those fasteners to thread up and tighten down (giving them the full beans...). I stripped out a couple of the bolt heads and probably cross-threaded more than a few, but the socket held up like a champion. This was not a proper use of the tool, but just my personal experience.

I've obtained a motley variety of hex bit sockets over the years, usually on a per-need basis: a differential plug here, a coolant plug there, a suspension fitting here. I wanted a set for uniformity and completion, but since these are so rarely needed by a DIY mechanic, and since I had the ones I really needed already, I didn't want to spend much. I also detest cheaply made or finished tools, so for years I just made do, not being able to justify buying a "nice" set. But for $15, or even slightly more when not on special, this set is a total no-brainer.Few skips, just metric, nicely chromed sockets, straight inserted bits, and a very nice, compact case to tuck it all away until needed. It's mostly smaller and medium sizes. What's missing? There's no 11 mm or 13 mm (not that I have ever needed one), and it stops at 14 mm. I have needed a 17 mm before, which is outside the range of this kit. But since I already have one, no complaints. Amazing quality for the price. Compared to the Pittsburgh set I looked at in person these are much, much nicer in finish quality, include 13 rather than 9 sockets, and includes a case. For the same price! (The only advantage perhaps is that the HF Pittsburgh set does include a 17 mm).

Good quality for light to medium work. Enough sizes between metric and standard for me to be useful around various appliance, furniture, and electronic projects. The price at the moment was fair.

I buy neiko when I'm done gambling. Their hex and T set have made me the hero more than a few time. Great fit, dont skip sizes, forge is solid, the case takes up minimum space and I've never had one knock out of place when I go mobile. I will be buying be their screw extraction kit when I run into the problem. Love neiko
