Dried Cascabel Chili Pepper (Chile Cascabel) Weights: 4 Oz and 8 Oz (8 Oz)

These are mild dehydreated chili peppers that add a distinct and unique flavor! Friends say they are better than restaurant and I know this is the reason why. I boil-soak them, then blend them into a paste and add them as a secret ingredient to my beef tacos. They ship in a bubble pack, and mine arrived with just 1-2 broken, and I use the pieces anyway so no loss. Sometimes dried peppers don't look good quality, but these do. I've ordered 3 packages in past, and I've never had to throw any out, so they have good quality control.

Good taste and better than expected quality.

Ordered two Morel Distribution Co. dried pepper products at the same time.The Cascabel Peppers where brittle and some broken to the point that its seeds where loose in the bag.Had no issues with the Habenero as they are soft/plump to the touchThe safety seal on the Habenero was intact but Cascabel did not have one.

Really tasty when rehydrated. Was well-dried so it powdered really well in my blender for a few recipes.And there were a lot of peppers in the bag.

I’m really thrilled with the quality of these peppers. I use them to make the enchilada sauce. I have a little more zest so I add a few. Thanks for the great quality ingredients.

These are tasty! I made salsa roja with these, Chiles Arbol, and Guajillo chiles, and the salsa is so good, I can't stop!

All of the chili’s were very, very dry and cracking indicating on the shelf considerably long. Will probably not purchase again.

delicious alone or when blended with other variety of chili pods. just adds a delicious flavor to everything from chili to BBQ sauce.
