Buy the book
I used to have the proper paperback 20 yrs ago and needed an up to date version, so got this thinking it would be more convenient. It's hopeless, the one I had before had about 10 x the amount of information, this is so superficial it's a waste of time.

The product arrived with a damaged cover
The book arrived with a torn, damaged cover. I can't send it back because I need it for a present for a friend who is traveling to Japan in the next few days. This is very disappointing.

Content
It is good if you are looking for some spots to fill in the gaps in your itinerary. But like I’m an anime fans, I don’t think I can get much information from the book. Anyways there is some valuable information.

Has Vegan Options
Honestly, I was overwhelmed with what to do and where to go in tokyo while also accommodating my vegan mother. This book was a good start
