Great storyline! I love the viking era. Had really good spice. I enjoyed the read and can’t wait to read the next book. I would recommend reading.

The story line was good, however, too much of it included literary porn. I enjoy books with a good story line where the romance tension builds, and the curtain is drawn for privacy. I don't enjoy the role of voyeur, and skimmed over the prolonged sex scenes to get back to the story line. I don't think I will read more in the series because of this.

I fully expected the "good girl/bad boy" trope from this, but I was SO wrong. Leif's falling for Sigrid was quick and complete, and I loved it. Big old softie viking man who completely loves her from the start, and a saucy seer who saves their bacon on more than one occasion. I'll be picking up the other books in this series, definitely.

I love this Love Story between Leif and Sigrid. I have found Celeste to a talented Author.Torrid love story between the warrior Leif who met a seer named Sigrid. Sigrid started seeing strange things at age 9. Her mother taught her the next 3 years until she became I'll and died. Sigrid became the Seer for her Village. For years Sigrid dreamed of Leif, Including his sex life. Once they met she knew him instantly, but being drawn to her he had to learn about her. It was a very strong attachment from the beginning. Wars, kidnappings of Sigrid (2 times) and a father refusing to accept her as Leif's wife were just a few of the challenges for these 2 villages. Great read of book one of this set of novels.

This is what you want to read after a tough day of a rainy day when you want to forget the world outside. I enjoyed everything about this novel from the characters to its humour. The story is fast paced with an excellent storyline. Plot twists, strong female characters and quite saucy. Loved all the characters good and bad, you don't for them. Didn't feel like I was reading romance, more of an action tale.I recommend you read.

Couldn't put it down. Loved the way the story moved right along full of action along with humor. A great read!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this book. It contained a young couple meeting And despite only knowing each other a few daysFell in love, then after many things, such as wars, fighting ,Terror, sad deaths, strong women, strong viking superstitionsAnd beliefs, and prophecy and seeing the future. They married with his parents approval at the long house where Leif was raised.A very exciting book, a book full of love, I am excited to think that the next book is ready for me to read. Excellent book. Something happening at all times.

Nice story set in ancient viking times. A lot of predictions in the story are left hanging

A great Viking story with fantastic characters that follow the Viking traditions and customs well. There were a few laugh out loud moments which added to the appeal of the storyline

A thrilling Viking adventure involving battles , romance, treachery, family, loyalty and the gift of seeing the future. we see Viking life interspersed with the thrill of battle and friendships of 5 friends from childhood who lead this Viking army. It keeps you engaged throughout.
