Love that I can use rubbing alcohol which is inexpensive. It looks sooooo pretty when lit up. I have a smaller one from this same company but I do love this big one to put across my outdoor coffee table. We sit around it and just stare into the flame. So relaxing.

Edit #2: I changed the rating back to 5 ⭐️ because the fire hazard was completely my fault. I poured ethanol and left it for an hour, and the fuel seeped through the cement, causing fire to come out of the sides. Lesson learned: Do not pour fuel until you are ready to light it up. I bought a ceramic wick, rolled it like a log, and have now been getting close to an hour of burn time. Best part, you can easily extinguish the 🔥 with the lid, and add more fuel for an extended night out.Edit: 3 days in. Ethanol seeps through the cement and burns through the sides. I guess this is the reason most of the fire pits have stainless steel inserts. Please do not leave it unattended, it is a fire 🔥 ⚠️.I used bioethanol without a ceramic wick and got a consistent 40-minute burn time. Others claim double with the wick.I top off to an inch from the top, per the manufacturer’s recommendation, especially on windy days, as the flame can jump. The concrete block heats up in the middle but stays cool enough on the bottom and sides to hold. Glad I bought this one as it is the heaviest amongst its class.Very happy, as it works as advertised!

Es una chimenea pesada, se la ve de calidad, firme para que no vuelque, buen tamaño y de un gris muy bonito. La pega que lo pongo es que la nuestra tiene alguna grieta, que espero no nos de ningún disgusto.

I love this fire feature and everyone who comes over is totally enthralled with it. A friend recommended it and I'm so glad. There's no fumes and it burns really clean. 70% won't leave any residue while we noticed 90% left a lot of black soot on the fireplace. I would have it going all the time if I could afford that much rubbing alcohol! It's such a great thing to have if you don't have an actual built in fireplace as it allows you to get a similar feel.

Works well. Fuel burns faster than advertised. When full to recommended amount it burns for 20 to 25 min. No odor and heats a room up. Looks awesome. One warning. We have ours on a table that has a stone surface and the heat from this stained the stone table surface white. Not sure if table had a coating.
