Gets the job done

Tough but very useful book for bright Y5 or Y6 needed answer book too!

The whole English Skills series 1-6 is excellent - well structured, stimulating, engaging. The page layout is clear, neat and simple, in the best sense of the word, without any unnecessary distracting illustrations, smiley faces and similar.Each page provides a variety of tasks, so children don't end up mechanically following the same pattern throughout the sheet. Definitely my kids' favourite workbook.

Useful for cover lessons or for improving grammar and vocabulary in your own children.A lot of work contained in here. I do think answers could be included free of charge if you buy the whole set.Print is a little small.

Ideal for home tutoring during lockdown.
