PROS :- You don't have to buy any additional leucine or HMB supplement, you are getting with your Creatine supplement.- HMB has been shown to promote muscle growth in various research studies but only under certain conditions.CONS :- HMB is the broken down form of Leucine which is 1 of the 9 EAAs. The only problem is, for HMB/Leucine to be effective it needs to have the other 8 EAAs. So, if your body doesn't have the other 8 EEAs then HMB/Leucine on its own has LITTLE to NO effect. This is based on research. That's why buying additional BCAAs (which has 3 out of 9 EEAs) supplements is also considered waste of money.- Other CON is the taste, because the Creatine powder contains HMB, it literally tastes like you just drank chlorinated pool water that you squeezed out of your one day old swimming clothes. Be advised it truly tastes awful.

I’ve been into fitness and bodybuilding since 11 years. This is the worst taste of the supplement I’ve come across in my 11 years of bodybuilding. This is the first time I’m commenting on a bodybuilding supplement. Beginners please stay away. Get HMB capsules because this powder can ruin your drink, be it protein shake or a juice or any drink, even water. Taste is horrible. Very horrible! You’ll see the results of this product for sure but the taste is so horrible, I tried in more than 10 types of drinks, tang, carb supplements, different flavour of protein powder, it ruined all the drinks, it can even make you feel fatigued mentally it’s so bad. It can make your stomach feel full and upset it in sometime. Please avoid if you can and go for imported HMB capsules or tabs.
