E-Z Flip is so easy to use it will quickly become your favorite and most used utensil. Anything you can fork you can E-Z FLIP!!!! When used for cooking, either in the kitchen or outside on the grill, just barely touch the top of the meat with the E-Z FLIP, turn your wrist a quarter of a turn , lift straight up, then lay the hook back down and reverse your wrist a quarter turn out of the meat. The ability to gently pick up bacon, shrimps, any solid meat....
Didn’t know what I was missing.....nothing compares, certainly not those scissor clamps I used to use....things would slide off. I especially use it to fry bacon and turn giant Shrimps over as I fry them. Buy three .....short...medium and long.

Very nice set
We needed a set of these for our place in the country. If you cook steaks, chops or chicken on the grill you need a set of these.The handles are a little larger than the others we have but that is actually a good thing with my arthritic hands.
