Used as a tool for rehabilitation
Bought in conjunction with training flippers to use as an aid to rehabilitation of a broken ankle; the kickboard can be used in a range of differing resistances by increasing the angle to a more vertical position, or clutched close to the chest to help the legs and feet work more.The pull buoy helps to raise the hips whilst in the water to alter to position of the body.Both products helped exactly as I expected them to and so were good purchases
