Snapped on first wear
I just wore the watch for the first time since installing the new pins and one snapped. I am hoping the company can replace the defective product. The company says no returns.

No good for watch
Used as a replacement for my Micheal Kors watch until I could find the original piece. Wore it out and thank god I looked down as my watch was off my hand. The screw came off the end. Not quality product.

Looked lime the exact one my watch needed, color and shape, but twice the length I needed. Good quality, just not what I needed.

Nice looking but doesn't work
It looks nice on my Michael Kors watch but both times, the end screw comes off. Can't return because the screws fell off. Main reason why I needed this set
