this may be the perfect book for you
For anyone with a unique business, this may be the perfect book for you. I was glued to this book for a week. A lot of great information about a code that people can follow or implement to their own situation.

Who's talking?
4 stars for me on this one. I thought the content was great, but I wasn't a huge fan of how it was written. It was easily understandable, but it switches between two authors in regards to who is speaking. It's understandable, but different. All in all a good read though. Excellent methods that can easily translate over any business lines.

Subjective evangelist piece for ING lacking analysis
Book is written more as a spiritual journey from the author's perspective through ING less than a semi-objective history. Problematically, the author focuses too much on their own experience and less on the bank, how it evolved and what it did, objectively, to evolve. ING has now collapsed and it would've been nice to have been able to see what caused that here - one thing I did see was hubris.Book is organised as a series of quotes by individual characters in ING's plot - this is distracting, often repetitive and sloppy from a writer's perspective. If you want to feel inflamed and inspired about something or the other, I guess this works for you - otherwise, it's soft, sloppy and evangelistic.

Orange Code
I think that this was a good book for a different strategy. ING has now been taken over by Capital One Bank. I think ING had to go t the dark side of banking. I will say that Capital one has not changed the way I save in my account. I give them kudos for that.
