Q: Does this include non-blood angel shoulder pad options?

Correct. The units are the normal sprues, and then it comes with two if the blood angels upgrade sprues that you could normally purchase separately. So you can make these units any chapter.

Q: in previous questions someone asked if the are all option kits, someone said yes, another said no...which one is it?

This box set can be used for any chapter, for example, i painted mine as ultramarines, the set comes with two options for paldrones the blood angels or blanks, use the blanks for any chapter other than blood angels. Great box set though!

Q: is there a way to repaint them?

The models are on a sprue, they need to be cut off, cleaned up, and assembled. There are 2-5 pieces per model on average. They come in bare plastic so after assembling the models, they have to be primed and then painted any color you'd like. The box art is just a suggestion.

Q: Does it come with the relevant options for the models included( both weapon options for the Aggressors, all weapons/shield dome for the Impulsor)?

They are the full kits, with all options.
