JACO FlowPro Digital Tire Inflator with Pressure Gauge - 200 PSI

Was buying this to augment/replace my trusty Milton S506 dually tire inflator that I’ve had since 2012. Key reasons to get this were:1) easier to read display than the non-backlit, magnified glass gauge of the Milton (my aging eyes, even with bifocals, struggle a little bit to make out the markings),2) Patented Auto Lock-on chuck does not require me to apply pressure on the chuck against the valve stem when inflating3) inclusion of a tire deflator button (my Milton S506 does not have this). I also bought the Lighting Dually Air Chuck 7” adapter so that it would mount easier on my difficult to reach rear motorcycle tires which block overhead valve stem access because of the wheel itself along with the brake rotor impeding easy access to one side and the motorcycle chain impeding access to the other side,4) Lifetime warranty - yes LIFETIME. Any issues with the product, so long as you register your warranty with Jaco is covered for life.5) Jaco is a NIST accredited company that certifies products to ANSI/NIST standards, and also happens to be AAR certified for products that are approved for the railroad industry (source: Jaco website video: Why buy from us?). The amount of testing, certifications and costs needed to meet various ANSI/NIST/AAR standards are significant, which in turn leads them to the expertise needed to guarantee that this air inflator gauge is calibrated to 1% of accuracy across the full 200psi range and can thus provide 0.5 PSI resolution sensitivity.Used it on my SUV, motorcycle, e-bike, and hand truck today for a total of 11 tires pressure checked and inflated to appropriate levels. All I can say is the Jaco patented Auto Lock-on chuck is a big game changer as well as the dually swivel air chuck that made it so much easier to check pressures and control proper air pressures (both inflation/deflation). Should have bought this years ago.6.) I’ve heard that they have product support 7 days a week. Don’t know too many places anymore that actually do this in case of problems.

ABSOLUTELY love this tool after reading the reviews on this model I canceled my order with the needle gauge and purchased this one. I have 2 trucks tandem axle RV a riding lawnmower and a cart to pull behind the mower, so lots of pneumatic tires to monitor! And this tool is so awesome I clip it on and it give a very accurate reading (compared against my commercial tire gauge) and I can inflate the tires without getting on my knees or killing my bad back holding the tool on the tire. If I overinflate I can just press the air pressure/release button till I get the "exact" pressure, and then simply press the release button on the filler and move to the next tire!!! I LOVE IT 👍👍👍

This is what I wished I had so many years ago. It connect to the valve stem with the lowest possible air leak and disconnects with the lowest possible air leak as far as I can tell. The digital response is so fast. At first I wished the bleed speed was faster but after using it more I appreciate the bleed speed as it allows precise psi control. I also bought the 360 swivel connector so it fills my motorcycle tires and cars tires without any need to change tools. Awesome.

I love this gauge! The nice thing about it is that as soon as you connect it to your tire valve it lights up and let's you see the pressure immediately. I live in Phoenix AZ and I don't always hook up the compressor to the gauge especially when going into the hotter months. It has a handy little release button on the side which will let air out of the tire. I like that feature because you don't have to remove the gauge if you put in too much air or like I do when changing seasons. The digital readout is much easier to see as opposed to linear gauges and also the fact that it lights up instantly.

I've wanted an inflator for some time and finally selected this one. It works great -- easy to put air in, easy to let air out -- to get the right PSI in the tires. And with the locking chuck, even better that I don't have to fumble around holding the inflator onto the valve stem. The gauge looks nice and is easy to read. The air chuck is a little less robust than I was hoping for but it still works great and overall a great value.

This gauge/inflator is great, easiest & most convenient I've ever used & I've been a mechanic for over 50 years. It locks & unlocks on valve stems very well. Recently it seemed like some tires I inflated were overinflated so I checked them with 3 other known good units & found the tires all had about 5 lbs. more than they should have. I filed a warranty claim on 6-1-2025 & received an email within 16 hr. saying it was being processed. I received a new unit today, 6 - 4- 2025. No questions and they didn't even ask for the old unit to be sent back! That is amazing service. Especially these days. Thank you Jaco!

This was a great purchase. I have several tire pressure gauges, both digital and stick, but you are constantly taking the pressure, adding or subtracting pressure, and taking another reading. All that mess is eliminated with this. You attach the gauge, it locks in place, and then you use the buttons to add or release pressure until you get the correct number. I have used this and both my van and my riding mower tires with great success.
