Is the rim of the bowl cut or rolled?

The rim of the bowl looks cut to me, compared to other glasses that I own. That being said, I am very happy with these wine glasses, the quality is good. They are lovely glasses.

I read do not use dish soap to wash wine glasses because it leaves a film giving off flavors in the wine. How should I wash these wine glasses then?

I wash them with dish soap and then dry with a towel. There is no film on the glass after washing. I did not wash them in the dishwasher.
