It exceeded our expectations.
Bought this last year.Didn’t want a traditional cloth awning that would fall apart, and would partially block our view from the back door window. It was fairly easy to install, but I had to use toggle bolts instead of the included bolts meant for masonry. Our pantry would get direct sunlight and get hot, so we noticed an immediate difference as the awning blocked the sunlight while you could still see through it. The shelter it provides allowed me to install a keyless electronic doorknob, which generally don’t do well when directly exposed to sunlight and rain.As for rain, I didn’t bother with caulking, so there’ll be an occasional drip in the small gap between the wall and the awning, but it definitely does it’s job. It has withstood some pretty strong winds, also.

Looks good
I got this because the price was right. It looks really pretty outside. The only downfall is the installation. You will need to buys special bolts to put on your house. The ones it comes with aren't really made for a regular home.

It is a GREAT awning for the price! Durable and looks nice.
I have had this awning for almost two years and it is holding very well, especially considering it's great price! It withstood the MASSIVE hail storm we had in Denver last year and provides just enough cover over my shed doors while getting items in/out on a regular basis. I would highly recommend! I am now trying to source another one that is 120" long but do not see it from this seller, but would buy again if I could!! Was worried about plastic parts but they are fine!!

Looks great!
We finally got this awning up and it looks great. Now... if it would just rain or sleet or snow, I would know how it works. The hardware that came with the awning was for a concrete installation, I think. We did have to go find something similar to lag bolts to install it over vinyl siding. One suggestion -- this came as 2 pieces -- and, obviously, other sections can be added to accommodate a longer awning. There isn't any way to make sure the top (house-side) stays together until the awning is installed.
A**.
But after install it's surprisingly strong and looks great.
Before installing I would have given this a 2 based on how cheap everything seemed. I assumed the brackets would be metal and sheets of clear plastic. Not that corrugated stuff that I expect will mold inside. But after install it's surprisingly strong and looks great.

Not bad for plastic. Easy assembly.
Seems sturdy for being made from plastics. Make sure to seal all seams with a sealant. Use an anchor that you are comfortable with as the included anchors are questionable

you don't need to be an expert !
It is very useful and for me it was easy to assemble, without being an expert but I recommend to be careful with the measurements.
