Just like NEW even though it says refurbished
The media could not be loaded. Just go for it, the seller is genuine, though the box was opened but i received MI 11X in a brand new like condition, I thoroughly checked it and I couldn't find any scratches at all, even the screen protector was applied on it like from the company. I got all the original accessories such as 30w charger and cable and even type c to 3.5 adaptor. The only thing i could make was looking slightly used was the plastic case which was original, after giving it a wash it again looked like brand new. Go for it if you are saving 7000 to 8000. Otherwise you can easily get 5000-6000 deal sometimes even on new phone purchase through MI.com

Missing acessories. Bad camera.
Missing soft clear case, sim eject pin & head phone connect cable & warranty card. Supplied without above accessories. Only mobile phone is supplied in the box. Refurbished product does not mean that the customers can be cheated. Cloud tail company is to be blamed.Quality of phone does not make the ladies happy as because camera is very very poor.

Renewed should not mean Repaired.
This was 2nd time I bought this renewed Mi 11x. This time I could make out that it was repaired (slight bulges) in 2 places. But there was no option to return for replacement. Only option was to get it fixed by a technician visit.
