The package arrived super fast. The design of the pen is beautiful and it is super easy to use. It has 9 settings, 9 as the strongest. I started with setting #2, and then gradually to setting #6, I was able to remove many moles in the first time. There was no pain at all! Finally I can get rid of my ugly moles by myself, instead of going to a doctor and spending couple of hundreds of dollars.

These instructions and therefore this device are all useless. The instructions are written in google translated English and doesn’t make sense. Do you charge the device before use? Trial and error says yes. Now what? Why are there 20 super sharp needles and one solid less sharp needle? How do you use this thing? What is an OUT button? I can turn the device on, but can’t get it in use. Garbage waste of $50.

My dermatologist charges $150 to remove all moles with a similar (probably higher powered) machine. But this is perfect for home use! Works exactly the same. I only used the large tip and setting #9. Removed 20 moles in one night. It does burn a little and you smell burnt skin, yes, unpleasant, but results are awesome!!! Takes a few days for scabs to fall off - but it does what it says!

I was excited to get and try this. I charged for over 16 hours. When i tried to use it turned itself off after 3 seconds. It did nothing to my mole. I was sent a defective product. This brand may be poor quality. I am returning this model and am going to buy a different brand.The instructions were ridiculous broken English nonsense and were not helpful. Had to find videos on YouTube on how to use safely.

I bought this with little expectations. After charging the item I tested it and it shorts out when set to higher power settings. I was hoping for a laser removal tool and this is just an electronic pulse that burns your skin. It had zero effect on tattoo ink but since the product wouldn't function at higher power settings it is hard to say if it would have IF it worked. Save your money, don't just hope it works and try it, I did that for you...it doesn't.

I’d like the way how it’s burn 🔥 the mole and after that there left no dark spots.

The first device lasted a day so I returned it for a new one and it wouldn’t charge or work right out of the box. These things work when you get a good one so I bought another brand from some other big box store for half of what I paid for this one and it is working fine.

I bought this a while ago but I just used it for the first time today. The instructions are a disaster however the device itself is pretty self explanatory. I had a tiny little mole on my leg and today was able to have a go at it. I haven’t had the courage to go over level 2 so I was hacking at it for about 30 seconds or so, and there’s a little pinch which is expected but totally doable. For other purposes that require a higher level I’d maybe suggest a numbing cream depending on your tolerance to pain. I’d say overall I’m happy; will update once the healing period is done and I get to see the result :)
