Great product my son was sick every week from school. I gave him two capsules a hour apart to attack his immune system. The next day his cough was gone. I continue the process for 1 week but 1 pill a day . He hasn’t been sick for two weeks now . Someone told me about this product so I order it. Thanks someone.

I've taken many different probiotic products over the last ten years. Some were useless and others did a ok to pretty good job. Some were very expensive and worthless. Biokult is not inexpensive, but the benefits to vibrant health make them essential for me. I was searching for a product that had a process to keep the enzymes active, and effective as long as possible AND that did not have to be refrigerated, as I travel.. That's why I bought it, but it is not why I've kept on using them for about two years now. The first thing to thing to know is it's about lots more than digestion - the effects of a good probiotic drive vibrant health. You get sick less, - not at all, or very rarely. Your skin clears and glows; hair, and nails grow fast and look beautiful. Your digestive track cleans out (if you are drinking sufficient water and avoiding sodas & junk food - an occasional wine or drink is fine) and your stomach gets Flatter! so when you do your little exercise (very little for me) routine the muscles are strong and look sexy. Across the board - you feel healthy because you are, you look really good but most important - You Are Good. NOTE: This does not happen instantly. And if you have been "clogged up" with bad nutrition for a long time it will not only take the time it takes but in the beginning you will encounter what doc's call a "healing crises" You may think it's the probiotics making you ill but it is actually the opposite. The probiotics are cleaning out years of the gunk and junk you have put into your digestive track and which is stuck and glued. As it does so, you feel a little ill - not much but it's there. When it happens Celebrate because it means you are getting out the "crap" that causes you to get sick and grows into major disease! Really. So you get the bad stuff out BioKult replaces it with the really good stuff that keeps you regular and gives you vibrant health. You hardly ever get sick (if you have cleaned up your eating habits). OK - last thing. You might think they are expensive- but when you get this kind of health - and more importantly, clean out what is in you that will make you ill over and over until you become very ill - you are improving your quality of life. When you feel your best you've got energy galore and can do even more things to make you stronger. You rarely have to go to the doctor or take meds - which are way more expensive - not to mention the time lost for fun or work. You are protecting your health Long Term - so it is 111% worth it.

I have lactose intolerance, and finding the right probiotic has always been a challenge for me. Most of them caused bloating or discomfort, but this one is completely different. This is the only probiotic that truly worked for me and helped restore my gut. It feels very gentle on the stomach, no side effects, and I noticed a real improvement in my digestion and overall well-being. I finally feel balanced and comfortable again. If you have a sensitive stomach or lactose intolerance, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

I've ordered this product multiple times and I love it, however, the most recent box that I received has an issue. The packaging for the pills is very brittle and not flexible like it usually is. When I go to release a capsule, the metallic packaging shatters and breaks. I almost swallowed a shard multiple and I'm just glad I saw it before I did! I know this dangerous issue is not normal, so I wanted to report this quality issue to customer service so that they may inspect the batch it came from and do quality control with the manufacturer. I skipped going through Amazon at first because I know they couldn't do anything about quality control with a company's manufacturing, so I contacted Bio-Kult directly and explained the situation, giving them valuable feedback about their product when I could have stayed silent. This is a dangerous issue after all. Their response? Basically they said they couldn't do anything for me and to go through Amazon. So here I am. Here's your bad review that you asked for since you couldn't lift your finger to help a customer with a dangerous issue that needs inspecting. I am not sure if I want to continue to do business with a company that has such poor customer service like this one has. The experience was terrible. That being said, I have enjoyed their probiotics, so hopefully no one else has any issues that need attention from customer service like I did, because they absolutely can't be bothered to help.

I have taken probiotics off and on for nearly 10 years. I find that they generally help alleviate some symptoms of my IBS, although some varieties are better than others. I came across this as a recommended item on here and had it in my cart for awhile. I let myself run out of probiotics and hadn’t ordered any in awhile. Think I had a bottle that I would take every now and then, but it wasn’t super helpful and I really hadn’t been paying attention due to a move and starting a new job. During that time, I developed some real acute anxiety symptoms which included daily panic attacks (sometimes waves of them!), and symptoms of high cortisol at night. My nervous system was overstimulated and I was having a hard time relaxing or engaging my parasympathetic nervous system no matter what I tried. I’ve had these problems before, so it wasn’t totally out of the blue, but I was desperate to get some non-pharmaceutical relief. I was also having worse IBS issues, so I went ahead and ordered these to see if they would help. I took them on a Friday and by the next day, I felt immensely calmer - I felt so much more like myself I could hardly believe it. I was able to get through the day without doing breathing exercises (or any other method I’d picked up to help my panic.) The restlessness was gone. As the day went on I was asking myself what I had done differently that could have contributed to this, and the only new addition to my routine had been taking the BioKult. I’ve taken it for a few weeks now and still haven’t had a single panic attack. I read up on this probiotic, and it includes a number of strains that have been studied for their positive mental health benefits. I’m honestly amazed at the rather stark difference in how I felt before taking it and now. I do not think this is a fluke, as my anxiety was just so very severe before. My racing thoughts and focus on “feeling weird” are totally gone. I feel mellow and like my old self. And it is helping with the IBS symptoms - it’s keeping my systems moving, reducing gas and bloating, and maybe also helping my acid reflux. I’ve put this on a monthly subscription so I don’t ever run out.

Worth the price. I take it everyday. Easy to digest and a tiny pill overall.

LOL Anyways, been taking biokult everyday for my mom and me for a couple of years now, and it helps with reducing of lower colon discomfort and smoother passing of motion! I came across these when researching things to help my IBS. They have the specific bacteria like Bifdobacterium biffidum and Bulgaricus which are said to work so well with gut problems. The suggested dose is 3 a day, one after each main meal. They’re easy to take but since I was on the Gaps diet to start with for 8 months, then the Fodmaps which is specially for IBS, I wasn’t sure if it was the dietary restrictions or the capsules that caused the 90% improvement. However, I ran out of them a few weeks ago a, and we were snowed in for 4 days. I was still eating the same food but I didn’t feel as well. I had painful abdominal a wind, nausea etc though less than before following the diets. The day after starting my new supply, I felt better, and the day after that, I felt much better. So I’m making sure I always have a spare pack in the house in case I run out. Apparently these are recommended by the Monash University ( Melbourne, Australia) who have done a huge number of scientific Tests in negative triggers for IBS - they clearly realise a good digestion is essential, and a bad one is not healthy, and, as a result came up with the idea of Fodmaps( basically sugars in foods that don’t digest easily and so ferment in the gut causing pain, wind, diarrhoea, constipation etc). So they come with a good backing. If you’re not good at taking capsules, you can empty it into a drink, so it says in the packet. They suggest you take them also if you’re going to a different continent for a trip; if you’ve been on antibiotics and generally to support gut health. The packets come in 14/ 30 etc and 130 which I think is the best value. I feel better and with lots more energy and good humour since I’ve combined both restrictive diets and these miracle capsules. I highly recommend them for anyone with less than optimum digestion, even if they’ve not had a colonoscopy and diagnosis. And of course cutting gluten and lactose and sugary foods helps a lot too.
