Might just be me but found it a bit touch and go with the pedal and needle pressure, otherwise great product for the money, have even practiced a little on myself and the ink heals well!

This tattoo kit is definitely not top of the line but it’s perfect for beginners and is fairly easy to use. This kit comes with everything you need to start tattooing. It even comes with a pedal so you can control it with your foot. It also comes with 10 bottles of ink which is really good considering the amount of other bits and bobs you get in this kit. It’s easy to operate and to maintain. And it’s nice to hold in your hand and very comfortable while actually on. The power supply is basic but it works really well and doesn’t heat up. There’s an instruction manual included to help beginners set up the machine. Theres a bit of synthetic skin included to help you practice before the real thing.

This is a really good comprehensive tattoo kit for the price , you virtually have everything you need to get started in practicing the art of tattooing, practice skins are easy to purchase online now so it's really easy to practice at home to master your skills, this set is a perfect budget starter kit.The overall build quality seems really good , you get a lot of accessories , needles , pedal, a large selection of colours , gloves , uk power supply, I think this would suit beginners for practicing rather than experienced professionals but it's still a really good set , it comes well packaged safe and secure , I'm impressed with the set for the price.If your looking to take up tattooing you will need a lot of practice first and this set provides you with almost everything you need to get started , I think it's good for the price.

I ordered this for my daughter who has been tattoo self and family for over 10yrs.This is complete kit and receive tattoo gun, power supply and pedal as well as inks, needles and other accessories.When my daughter heard price she wasn’t hopeful having paid a lot more for own tattoo machine but she says isn’t that bad the machine feels good weight and is comfortable to hold and use.She has only used on practice skin but says would be good kit for beginners as complete kit but purchase some practice skin and practice practice practice before move on to skin

Fancy trying out at home...This is the Solong Tattoo Needle Kit 1 Pro UK Plug with accessories and inks.My husband got me this to try, as I am an actual tattoo apprentice, not a home tattooist.This kit includes everything you need to get started;- tattoo machine- foot pedal- voltage- needles- grip (non-disposable)-tips (disposable)- ink- ink cups- gloves (1 x pair only)- machine covers- rubber bands, grommets and tools-1 a5 sheet of practice skinPros;Easy to setup if you know what you are doing. The practice skin is fairly thick and isn’t the worst I’ve used. So I found that ok. Good if you just want to play around on fake skin, leather or non-living materials.Cons;Please don’t tattoo at home.- I wouldn’t trust the ink on skin, please don’t use this on skin, it has spelling mistakes on the labels and I would guess it hasn’t passed the relevant safety standards.- All of the needles look tarnished, also as you can see by my photo they are not even soldered into a straight line.- the machine got VERY hot, tattoo machines should not generate such heat and in close contact with skin it could be damaging or even dangerous.- the voltage doesn’t have a digital voltage display and is just on a dial.- the foot pedal is pretty basic and flimsy- the grip is non-disposable, it’s also wooden so you wouldn’t be able out it in an autoclave even if you had one. Therefor it’s non sterile and you would only be able to use it once.- only 1 pair of gloves provided (you can easily get through 3 x pairs on the simplest of tattoos from setting up to tattooing to. Reading down)..- the ink cups are huge, for large scale colour work.- the machine is extremely noisy. Yes coil machines are noisy, but this is excessive.- sharps must be disposed of correctly, and not in normal household waste. Same goes for biohazard material from tattooing.- the needle shakes around quite a lot within the tip, rather than just up and down motion required for tattooing. I imagine this would create trauma on the skin.Overall this is as cheap as chips, and the reasons are clear to see. It’s ok if you fancy trying tattooing on fake skin. But please don’t tattoo people.
