I am not a fan of cold or lukewarm coffee. This keeps it perfect. Forget to turn it off? It shuts off automatically. The only thing I would suggest is to keep it away from children. It gets hot. I wasn't paying attention and reached for the cup and touched it. Didn't burn me or even make it red but children have sensitive skin. That said, I would buy this again.

So pretty! Great features! But it stopped heating enough to warm anything after about the 3rd time using it. SUPER bummer. I could literally touch it without having to lift my fingers away too quickly. I’d pass on this one, unfortunately 😒

Was expecting to keep the beverage hot not Luke warm.

I received this product one week ago and started to use it right after I received it, and now I can't live without it. The product is really nice and light, it fits perfectly to my cup, I loveeeee it! It has a good insulating effect and always keep my coffee warm. It's definitely worth the money.

I love this product! I tried it out at work, and it’s so convenient. I can walk away from my desk to help customers and come back to still-hot coffee. No more running downstairs to the microwave! Bought a second one for home. Five stars all around. Looks cute, too.

This coffee warmer worked great for about 6 months. The control of heat level and timeframe are truly appreciated. However, in the past month or so, the operability declined rapidly. Regardless of the setting I use now, after the natural cooling of my coffee, the best I get it lukewarm temperature. The last bit used to almost be scolding hot on level 1. Now, level 3 gets me a room temperature last sip. I’m overall satisfied with it, but I would look elsewhere if you plan to use it everyday for the foreseeable future.

This product was perfect. Sleek and fit in with my desk. Took up minimal space and fit all my various mug shapes. After about 7 months it started randomly started shutting off while I'm working at my desk. I thought it was my finger hitting the temperature adjustment button so was careful not to touch it. However, I noticed it will just shut off completely at random.
