Bought several of these for friends for sympathy gifts and will continue to purchase them in the future as needed. These are very pretty and last forever.

My grandmother passed away this year and I wanted to get an ornament to put her picture in. While she's no longer with us on earth I enjoyed looking at the ornament on my tree and it made me feel smile knowing she is enjoying Christmas in heaven.

I purchased this as bereavement gifts for a wonderful family. Placed the picture of the loved one inside. I thought they would use it as a Christmas ornament. Which would be great. But my friend hung it on one of her kitchen cabinets. She said she wanted to call me and thank me but was too emotional, moved by such a thoughtful gift. It really is a very nice product, worth the purchase and the warmth it will bring to the recipient.

Wish the box that the ornament came in was nicer for gift giving. The plastic lids were marred up. Also the cover that goes over the picture is cheap, flimsy plastic, not glass. Here is a little advice though if you do buy this ornament. When putting your picture in, don't remove the very tiny screws on the back. I just loosened one screw up enough to slide the little tab on the back to take the back off to insert my picture. Like bigger picture frames that you just turn the tab to take the back off. The chain seems nice and sturdy. Not a terrible ornament but I think it would of been nice to have glass over the picture and a nicer box.

I was very impressed with the quality of material as well as the added decorative piece to hang it on the tree. It was a little pricey, but the quality makes it worth the price.
