I have a Sundolphin Aruba 10 kayak, it measures at 9ft 8inches long and 74inches at it's widest diameter. I bought size 0 the smallest one they offer and it has a lot of extra room, I would say an extra foot in length and width would be no problem. I sprayed it down with a hose, and made sure the zipper part was at the bottom with the flap facing down which covers the zipper, and everything was dry inside. I bought a cockpit cover earlier but it didn't cover my other compartment which would fill with water, but I'm going to use both the cockpit cover and this because I figure it should help with water and Wisconsin snow weight in the cockpit area. Previous years I just stored it upsidedown on stands, but it would still have all kinds of bugs and leaves inside and require a good cleaning. So I'm hoping this works.

Fit like a glove but it is not waterproof! Opened it up and water poured out. Maybe because I had it stored zipper side up. Hoping that when I restore it zipper side down that it won't leak again. Maybe the water came in thru the zipper. Overall thought its a good cover so far but haven't had it long so was surprised that water was inside so quick.

Fit over a 17 foot canoe with ease. This is not a shrink wrap fit because this is a universal cover not a custom. A little droopy in spots but that can be expected since there can be so many variables so best to suspend the canoe or kayak upside down and let the fabric hang a little or use straps.All in all a great cover made with heavier material.

good quality, fits fine, but the material is not water proof. Over a gallon of water collected inside the cover on two canoes during the first rain it was subjected to.

Well designed, easy to slip on, fabric has a solid, durable feel. Ample room for paddles and even PFDs if you want.

We purchased this cover to protect our canoe from the sun as it is stored under a clear awning. It is functional, but huge; it hangs down well below the bottom of the canoe. We have to wrap it with bungie cords and, in hindsight, would definitely have preferred a cover that cinches down to keep the extra fabric in order.

Seems very solid and nice, but it's huge on my kayak. I'm storing it in my shed and just didn't want spiders nesting in it, so I think it'll work great. But it's definitely really baggy on a kayak.

It was not waterproof as described. It filled with water after one rain. The zipper was completely shut.

I recently moved to a house with no indoor area to store my 15' kayak. It has been a couple of months that my kayak has been in an open area wrapped in this cover. It has provided excellent protection through rain, snow and ice. I would buy this item again.

Literal garbage.Very first time it rained the inside filled with water. Thought maybe i had it the wrong way so i flipped it around. Nope, still filled with water when it rainedAlmost ZERO waterproofing. DO NOT BUY

I feel the canoe cover is achieving what I had hoped. My first priority was to protect my beautiful canoe’s red and smooth finish from exposure to the intense sun out behind my shed while not in use . So far it also seems to be keeping the squirrels and raccoons from hiding out and chewing on the seats as well. I have a 16’-6” canoe and this cover slips over one end and zips up over the remains half. I had trouble finding an exact fit…this cover will do the job, although my the fit is a little sloppy and a little longer than needed. The canoe cover is essentially a big ‘sleeping bag’ for your canoe. I have noted after an all night rain storm the bag allowed water to be retained inside and we needed to unzip the bag and tip the canoe appropriately to get the water out. I’ll have to investigate further to see if I can prevent water infiltration and retention. Perhaps flipping the canoe and cover may allow the zipper to have a better seal and may solve the water issue.
