It works only once and stop working
Bought in mid December last year and was working fine. Since we have visitors during Christmas and new year we didn't use it for a while. Now that it just me n my husband in our house, we intend to use it again and it is not working anymore. The light doesn't switch on anymore. Want to return it as it is defective, but no way to do so.

This item is a 110V unit. It does not mention that anywhere in the ad
I ordered the rice cooker for my son who loves rice. I thought it would be simple and safe for him to use. However when it turned up, it came with a short letter explaining that it is a 110V item. They clearly knew that they were sending the unit to a country that runs on 220V so they included a rather pitiful inverter plug that actually needs an adapter to fit into any wall socket. When it is all plugged in, the plug(s) wabble and sometimes fall out of the wall.I feel like I was cheated a bit on this purchase. A simple bit of honesty would have gone a long way.
