Smaller bottle -- one ounce instead of two
The grape infant Tylenol is great and all -- does the job, baby will take it, etc., but it's overpriced -- Children's Tylenol has the exact same formulation and it costs about half as much for twice as much medicine. It doesn't come with the syringe but how many syringes do you need? This particular listing is even more overpriced because it's for one ounce instead of the normal two ounces. I saw it and thought, "Hey, it's a couple dollars cheaper than it normally is, must be because of the add-on program-- I'll get a couple." I didn't even notice that it was a smaller bottle when I got the box because the box was the same size as the two ounce bottle box. I packed one to take on a trip and when I unpacked it and put it next to the open home bottle, I realized it was smaller.Which, yes, that's on me for not realizing that a normal bottle had two ounces and this one says one ounce, but really, who knows how many ounces are in these things?

Almost expired?
I purchased this product in late March 2015 with a bunch of other baby items in preparation for our April delivery date and the two Tylenol boxes have an expiration date of June 2015. You can't even give a baby Tylenol until she's at least a month old. I don't recall the description mentioning the item was close to expiration... Pharmaceuticals will be purchased in person from now on.

Is what it is.
Can't speak for the baby on if it relieves pain but seems to help from what I can tell.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. JUST GET CHILDREN'S.
EXACTLY the same as Children's Tylenol just with an inflated price. Check the boxes if you don't believe me.
