I have been taking these vitamins for about 5 months now. At about the 3 month period I almost stopped because they are so expensive. I decided to go ahead and give the vitamins 6 months. I felt like that should be long enough to start seeing some changes if anything was going to happen.I am so happy I stuck with it. At around the 4.5 month mark I really started to notice more fine baby hairs growing in. I have my hair cut all the time by the same stylist because I am so worried about people seeing how little hair I have. She asked me if I had started taking vitamins or doing something different because she noticed all the baby hair growth!!!
