So far I'm Lovin it.
This is one of the most pricier laptops I purchased in my entire life @ AED 7,424.00. This is definitely an upgrade over my Dell Inspiron 7577 with 6G GTX 1060. However, there are things I need to talk about. The screen is great with all this 500Nits Brightness, IPS, QHD, 16:10 Aspect @ 165Hz, however when you switch this display to 60 Hz for battery preserving or similar purpose. You can tell for sure that it's flickering. I mean My Dell Inspiron has a 60Hz panel, but that 60Hz seems so much smoother, and this legion 5 pro only seems smoother (much more than 7577 Dell) @ 165. Another issue is when I play a fighting game such as Tekken 7. The Game doesn't take the input as consistently as was in a 60Hz laptop. Aside from that, I am worried about temperatures too. In my room conditioned @ 23Degrees, the CPU was reaching 80 Degrees when it was only utilized 50%. I wonder if it will catch fire if I will push this to 100% max. In the next 10 - 12 days, Under any circumstances, If I will feel like this is not reliable for long-term use. I will switch it up with something cooler in terms of temperatures. A big reason for the temps could be this large RTX 3070 cause it draws a lot of power. I Will keep editing this review, Should I face something unusual. Thank you!

Incredible Performance
This is my 1 year review: I love this laptop. Pros: the power! - 8 Cores. Desktop grade GPU. 1TB SSD. 32GB Ram and expandable! Extremely high quality HDR 165hz display. Can switch power modes based on performance needs / use case. All around $2000 (cheaper now since newer models are out. (Cries silently). 2 year warranty.Cons: It’s heavy.. and the power brick is just way too big which adds to the weight. Battery life is abysmal under 2 hours… Even on power efficiency / battery saver mode.Bottom line: I take it to work everyday and it’s a head turner. Absolutely no regrets. Would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a high performance mobile workstation.
