This lantern is solidly built but small, it fits in the side pocket of my rucksack, has ton of variations in the settings using the on/off button to control it, the menu can be complex to work through though, the power button glows so it can be found in darkness, can be used as a powerbank to keep mobile devices charged and has good battery life, this obviously changes depending on how high you have it set. Very glad I bought it over a cheaper one.

Within days of receiving my BLF LT1 I experienced a power outage. Thankfully this was just a short outage but it was at nighttime. This was a perfect opportunity to put my new lantern to the test. I had previously set the tint to just where I wanted it, and when the lights all went out it was time for my new lantern to shine. This thing lights up a whole room with ease, and it felt like I still had my electric lamp still on. This lantern has lots of features (If you're into that sort of thing), but my favorite by far is the ability to get that warmer tint... So many lanterns do not offer that feature. This light runs off of 4 18650 batteries which give it a lot of power and I imagine good run times too. I like that the batteries are removable, so that 5 or 10 years from now this thing can still be running strong on new batteries. The build quality on this lantern is beyond what you would find on most lanterns, this is the lantern to get if you're a flashlight junkie.

This little lantern is awesome. I use it when camping and during power outages at home. It does a great job of lighting an area, and the battery life is excellent.

This lantern is fantastic in so many different scenarios with all of its settings. I’ve used it in several blackouts and it gives off so much light while being nice and warm and not blinding. It’s hard to find a light that strikes that balance. I’ve also used it in the hospital setting when we had a blackout and being a night nurse, it was nice being able to adjust the lighting to dim or absolutely bright when I needed to let patients sleep or needed clear light to work. Great for camping as well. The build quality is fantastic and being able to use it is a bonus. Battery life is great as well. 10/10. Just bought my second one.

I own a number of Sofirn lights and all of them are very high quality, this lantern is no different. It is very bright and can easily light up a larger room, great for power outages. I haven't personally tested run time but reviews say 6+ hours on high, you will not need it on high to light up a room. The option to change the tint is a great feature. It is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. Candle mode is really cool, on a warm color setting it looks just light a candle is burning. This would be great for camping, although it is a little heavy. I would not be using this backpacking any longer distances. Overall a great light. Sofirn makes good products at good prices.

Too complicated, doesn't hold charge, waste of good money. Read the other one star review of this product, spot on.
