It works really well. It heats up quickly and retains its heat for a reasonable time.

This back warmer needs 1 min in our microwave - but in 2 consecutive bursts. It helps sooo much with morning back ache, I love it! Completely relieves the ache so I can get on with my day once coffee is done. The tie around waist for moving about is fabulous and strong - after months of use it's still a good quality product. Durable materials yet soft. Have used this a lot e.g. twice daily. Now we need 2 of these!

I bought this mainly for stiff neck, tension and back pain, so its versatility in ways of using it was a major selling point. Worn around the waist this feels incredibly comfortable and the plush feel of the fabric feels like a lovely warm cuddle. I find when worn around the neck this helps to relieve tension and relaxes the muscles. The only negative I would say about this product is that the heat doesn’t seem to last that long.One of my friends tried mine out and she fell in love with it and ordered herself one the next day as well.Overall very pleased with my purchase.Also nice that it doesn’t have that funny wheaty whiff that other similar products has.

Customer service not good!!! Left loads of message with the no on the box over weeks have heard nothing. So really don’t know how you would trust there so called 2 year warranty. I’ve not yet started the chemo that affects the hands and feet yet later this week hopefully. The socks are so soft and velvet inside and out. Straight out the freezer very painful as so cold 🥶 but try and bit later was bearable if sat down not moving. Think will help.

Well made and very big so gets to larger areas but cools very quickly.

I've used this three times. The first two times were fine, the last time it exploded in the microwave, When I tried to take it out there was a large hole in it and the very hot balls went all over my arm.

Feet are so tricky to cool when there is an internal overheating issue or blood pooling brings pain. This system has 3 pads per sock and the nicely constructed box has 2 socks. There is a sense of genuine quality by a small company that make other medical grade items. The only downside is that the fabric of the socks is not a cool and breathable cotton nor a mesh, so the concern is that the nylon will heat up if you need to use these over night while sleeping, which is when most people who have body temperature regulation issues do need help. Thank you so much, hopefully another product to join these may come.

this item sounds just what I was looking for. Alas the heat only lasted for maximum twenty minutes, then it was cold. So its back to a hot water bottle strapped to my back.
