Helps with heel issues but moves some
I bought this to wear while I play softball and basketball. Overall it was helped with my heel issues. I can feel the support during my games and not as sore after which is huge. My only issue is that it moves around some so it’s not always fully supportive

Be careful when trying this...
This elastic sock with a cushion just in front of my heal felt good at first use, but I my pain continued to get worse until I stopped using it. Now two weeks after stopping it is better.
