A Better Man: A Small Town Surprise Pregnancy Romance (The Heartbreak Brothers Book 3)

Not knowing much about Logan, this book was a great look at his life and relationship with his brothers. There were several directions this book could have gone and I can say the happier story prevailed. It is a very happy, sugar coated story but most of us are reading as an escape, so that’s good. Courtney is a doll and we get to catch up with Maddie and Gray too.

This is such a wonderful series! The Hartson brothers are delicious, so fiercely protective and dedicated to the ones they love. Logan and Courtney' s story is sweet and emotional . The way Logan makes Courtney his priority and changed his whole existence so that they could be together is quite special and deeply emotional. He is full of sweet romantic gestures that simply melt your heart! Addictive series!

What a great series. The small town with characters you want to become friends and interact with. You fall in love and never want to leave. I’m loving every minute of this series and look forward to each story. This author knows how to pull at heart strings and hook you with each and every story.

Gray and Maddie...yum! Tanner and Van...sigh. But Logan and Courtney...dayum!!! These two were my absolute favorite couple. Their chemistry was off the charts. These two brought out the best in each other. Throw in one pesky chicken and you've got the perfect story.

I loved Logan and Courtney soooooo much… I love how perfect everything worked out even with so much fighting against them. I can’t wait to read Cam’s book …. I love this family and I love how we get pieces of them all in every book…

This is such a good series. Each book can stand on its own, but really does better when read in sequence. These two are an unlikely pair. But both are good sensitive people who deserve love.

This small town romance is filled with moments that make you laugh, touch your heart and swoon. Enjoy this book and the rest of the series. They have great characters and are well written.

*REVIEWING FOR ROCK HARD ROMANCE*The blurb gives enough away as to the concept of the third book , and while it is easily read as a Standalone, as I've read the previous it was a great addition/continuation of the 'Heartbreak Brothers' with this time featuring one of the twins Logan (who's been in Boston for a number of years, building a successful restaurant business). I don't want to go into any great detail so not to spoil it so all I will say is that again, this was an engaging, well written story from start to finish, I enjoyed how Courtney and Logan's relationship developed, there's plenty of heat, emotional moments, and some hilarious interactions- especially between the brothers, added drama along the way, and an Epilogue that also sets up for the next brother's story (Logan's twin Cam)

Oh, Logan is my favourite Heartbreak brother so far. I’ve loved them all but there is just something more with Logan. I loved his and Courtney’s story, how they met, the instant chemistry and the surprise pregnancy. Courtney has had a hard life, a verbally abused wife (now widow) working full time on her in-laws farm. Logan is a high flying owner/workaholic of several restaurants and no longer living in the family’s hometown. Can their so very different lives and long distance relationship ever work? Will either of them give up their life to be together or can they find a compromise? I can’t wait to read Cam’s story next.

This is the first book I have read by Carrie Elkes but it certainly won’t be the last!I liked everything about it -the two main characters Logan and Courtney -and the rest of his family. The dilemma for bothof them and the equal amount of angst and happiness in the story. Courtney was portrayed as a no nonsense strong womanand Logan was adorable!Highly recommended.

This was another lovely emotional romance. This time there was a little shade of Bossy Alpha male to make it kinda hot. I wasn't sure what to make of the brother-in-law, you kinda feel he's a bad guy, but then you feel sorry for him too. I think he might end up with his own story some day. Yes it was another emotional romance, and the chickens have a staring role throughout.

A good storyline, loved the chickens Hester and Harriet, Harriet being the one who flew at Logan when her owner Courtney ran out in the road to catch her in front of Logan’s car. Courtney was a widow living and working on her In-laws farm. I did think her brother in law who was a cop was going to cause real problems. Well worth the read and looking forward to Cam’s story.
