Original APC battery pack, well packaged and with instructions. If need it will buy it again.

unterirdisch schlechte Laufzeit
Man sollte meinen, dass man mit dem Original-Akku wieder eine gute Laufzeit hinbekommt. Leider wird hier Müll verkauft!Neuer Akku eingebaut, Laufzeittest gemacht --> unterirdisch schlecht! Bei einer Auslastung von 38% der USV, schafft man nicht einmal 15min. Laufzeit! USV meckert alle paar Minuten, dass der Akku zu wenig Laufzeit hat. Da war der alte Akku ja noch besser.Akku wird heute wieder ausgebaut und zurückgeschickt!Da kann man nur sagen, Finger weg!Im Gegensatz dazu haben wir für unsere andere USV diese hier bestellt:https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01JMBOQ1Q/bei Panasonic bekommt man einfach Qualität.Das sind zwei Handgriffe mehr, die Akkus in der Patrone zu tauschen und damit haben wir wieder eine top Laufzeit!

Should have bought a new UPS instead
For extra $80 I should have bought a replacement UPS that's the same as what this battery is for. Since you can't return it, well it is what it is..

Worked as advertised, easy installation
I liked that it was exactly what I ordered and needed and it was easy to install

Great install, just take your time, and pay attention how the old one came out, and play safe with lifting heavy batteries.
This was simple to put in. Just take out the screw from battery pack on the main unit, take out the old battery pack, put new battery pack back in (with the screw hole on the right side of battery pack- other wise it does not fit right), hook up the power cable, put screw back in, and turn the thing on (if off), put front bevel back in place, set date (see instruction that came with your battery) , and you're done. If you're going slow and being safe in handling of heavy objects, done in five minutes. And YES the battery pack is heavy, so play safe and take your time for the install. Biggest help was watching how the battery came out, that gave clues how to install the new one.
