Item was everything I wanted, but...
... the backpack did not have a packaging on its own (in addition to the shipping cardboard box) and it was dirty and the keychain metal monkey was scratched. It looks like it was dropped on a very dusty floor and nobody picked it up for a long time!Again, the item itself is great! Smaller than the Seoul model and perfect for spending the day sightseeing during travelling!

Too small
Much smaller than expected. My 14 inch laptop and a small file dont fit inside properly.
