Can this handle harsh cold? I'm in Minnesota and it can get pretty chilly here..

Cync Support Team, please be honest. In another post you admit it is rated to -20C which is just -4F. Only by encasing it within an additional outdoor enclosure, that may require heating, will it survive Minnesota. I live there too, it reaches -35F every single year without fail. Often even colder than that. I've yet to have a single outdoor smart switch survive all winter without needing to be brought inside for part of it.

Is this plug Z wave capable?
