Sobering, somber, superb
This Danish production ticks-off all the hallmarks of fine filmmaking, very good script, fine acting and truly magnificent photography and editing. The pacing is deliberate, but not slow or ponderous, because these are characters we truly have empathy for; trying to live as best as they can, but as the saying goes, "Life happens, when you're busy making other plans." In this case, the other plans of these loosely connected lives, are a bit boring and don't provide the verve, excitement and energy they seem to crave for validation, meaning and purpose. In that regard, these stories and these characters are one. It is the human condition. Very well done.

Our lives are a series of moments --- Mesmerizing !
Very well done, more than good-acted film. Three vignettes, unrelated, showing how meeting on-line caneffect (change) one's life. Could be melodramatic at times, I.e. gay kid's murder (burial) and Thomas's death at the end,all unnecessary. Again, no words to describe how intriguing the film was !

Not for everyone
At first it's hard to follow all the characters, but in the second half it sorted out into the three story lines. Interesting but depressing. The story of Pernille and the guy with cancer was especially sad, but she is such a sweetheart. The cold weather and snow helped to set the tone. This movie probably should be avoided unless you're in the mood for something heavy.

Scandinavian cinema at its best!
I love discovering the trends of European cinema, and recently, Scandinavian productions have plenty to offer in terms of arguments and cinematography. This movie depicts the risks of online dating these days, where many people find true love, overcome their shyness and find friends – but some others find their lives at risk. Satisfying one’s darkest desires is mostly something people never make reality, but this movie shows how things might end up when one goes for it. A must watch!
