This one isn't perfect..
I've been around horses for a decade and tried a multitude of sprays. Most did absolutely nothing- the flies didn't even twitch when sprayed. This one isn't perfect...but at least it kills the flies it comes in contact with and significantly cuts down on the amount attracted to the horse for several hours.

Picture above is not what I bought. They sent me this. Clearly you can see they are different.
I was sent Farnam Endure which is black and yellow container and was told it was the same as VPL Endure green container made by Farnam BUT it is not the same. VPL does not burn my horses skin and make their hair fall out!! Sold me a product that not only looks different then this picture but it is different. Pretty much fraud in my eyes. Thinking it was ok to send me a product they felt was the same is wrong. They may have similar ingredients but I have used the green VPL for a year now and it never harmed my animals. Reason said.... I would never have purchased from them if I knew they would be sending me a different item then what I thought I was buying.

GREAT!
This stuff is great! I've been using it for a long time, and it's still the best fly spray I've found, and I've tried them all.It smells nice, is as effective as fly sprays get, and doesn't scald/burn the horses' legs. I find that it works for several days, too.

Expensive but worth every penny - protect your horses!
Expensive but worth every penny - protect your horses! I have two horses and I keep them in a lot during the day therefore I see them several times a day and I see their fly burden. When flies start up, I get out the Endure. I keep it in a smaller spray bottle in the tack room. I spray them all over, neck, butt, belly and legs. I use the Endure roll on on their faces. I only have to apply this every week or so even during the heat of GA summer and they are standing dripping sweat. You don't have to drench them either. A light mist, maybe 10 sprays per horse, and that's it. I use about 1 gallon every 3 years - that's how well and how little you use!
