Yummm! Couldn't find in our local grocery store, so got it quickly from amazon.

When only the best is good enough.
Always good! I tried making my own hollandaise and the results weren’t good. This is easier and doesn’t require milk, just water and butter.

In our part of PA for some reason this is a difficult item to find. Who doesn't like breakfast for dinner. If you've never tried it, don't be intimidated. Instructions are very easy. Here's how we use it: toasted English muffins, top with Canadian bacon, top with eggs (any way) we prefer poached, and a side of home fries. Then pour the sauce over the eggs and potatoes. You're welcome. Lol.

Okay, but not great
This was easy to prepare, but was way too lemony.

Expiration date is too soon
Expiration date is less than 5 months away (11/10/22). I ordered the 6 pack choice and I'm not sure if I will be able to use them all in time. I thought it would at least be a year until expiration. I have one packet left from an older batch from last summer and it's still good until 04/23, which will out last this order.

One of packages was totally open and leaked powder
Used another pack for eggs Benedict & it was good, but a bit overpowering

A family favorite - all brands are not alike
McCormick seems it taste better than all the other brands we’ve tried on our eggs Benedict and asparagus. Price point keeps going high because it’s harder and harder to find. But that’s all my son wanted for an early Christmas present was a six pack as he doesn’t live at home and he can’t find it anywhere.
