Fifth and Fine1/2 Carat tw Natural Diamond XO Tennis Bracelet in 925 Sterling Silver

Nice bracelet but issue with clasp. Nearly lost bracelet 2 days after receiving it.

I'll start with the Good first! This is a very nice piece. My 18 year old daughter loved it (graduation gift). She tried it on while in the vehicle. Clasp wouldn't hold properly.. The bracelet came loose and fell off her wrist. And a second time again. So I look at it, and everything looks fine, I see no issues of anything to cause a problem. As I said a very beautiful piece.. But on the third time of my daughter putting on the bracelet I was who clasped it. And what happens. It fell off.. Now I decided after the 3rd and final time it falls off. I'm gonna return it, and get a different bracelet fory daughter. Did everything correctly to process my return online. UPS man came next day. Gave me the printed invoice sticker for the return to put on my box. Everything was done correctly up to this point. UPS driver took my return. I followed it with a tracker number. And when it left UPS station and hit Amazon sortation return warehouse.. I received my return money from Amazon. So at this point I'm assuming everything went correctly with the return. And I proceed to find my daughter another graduation gift. It was 2 days later I get a message from Amazon's return department that I've got 7 days to return the correct/proper item or my debit card on file will be charged for the bracelet I had returned. So here I am 3 months later 24 tech support online chats and 100 times I've tried calling customer support services (never got a real human being.) And 30 times Amazon tried to hit my debit card. I've exausted every other possible senerio to fix this except to write this review in hopes to help. Now back to bracelet, as I said it's actually a very nice piece for the young lady or wife in your life that loves silver.. EXCEPT for the clasp. It will not stay locked down, so not to come loose and have it lost. In closing beautiful, well priced, everyday wear, or just for date night. Until the faulty clasp is fixed. I'd be careful if buying this piece... Hope all have a blessed and wonderful rest of 2022... Most humble,. Ronnie

Overall really satisfied with this bracelet. The diamonds aren't huge but surprisingly nice considering the price point. If you temper your expectations with regards to the size of the stones, you will be happy with this bracelet. My girlfriend loved it and she tends to be picky.. So in conclusion, if she's happy so am I!

I only need one with more diamond.Thank you for the device!
