Comfy!
With an interesting design, it made me a bit hesitant to think it would be Ergonomic but when it was assembled and ready to use I was surprised by how nice it was! Sturdy, easy to build and very useful for long times sitting at a desk in front of a computer. The support is nice with its rotating adjustable headrest though I have to use the lowest setting to be able to comfortably rest my head, probably due to my size (5'8-5'9). Very nice overall!

Comfortable and Adjustable
It came with all the parts and tools and takes about 15 minutes to assemble.The arms adjust up/down 3 inches.I have the headrest on the lowest setting and it works OK. I am 5'8". It raises up 1 3/4 inches.Lumbar also adjusts a few inches. I have it on the lowest setting.It is comfortable and inexpensive. If it lasts a few years, I am good.

Good chair ergonomically but seat is made of mesh
The chair is good besides that fact that the butt section is made up of mesh. Super uncomfortable with the mesh seat and would not recommend sitting for long with it. Similar chairs with cushioned bottoms are out there and are more comfortable.

Poor Design
Replacing and throwing this chair out after about 60 days. Although the back support and adjustability is good overall - the thigh support is terrible. The mesh seat is beginning to sag after only 60 days (I weigh 175lbs) and the seat portion of the thigh support makes the back of my thighs hurt after about 5min of sit time as the support is basically hard plastic.
