Lovely Healthy Plants
All nice and healthy, only one leave seemed a little yellow and droopy, but once I plopped them into the water it greened right up. I’ve only had them in the tank for maybe 3 days and I already have 4 or 5 new plants floating around. My betta loves these, he and my yo-yos like to swim up and weave between the roots, sometimes he head butts the baby plants. The roots are already growing nicely, a light healthy green. One of the plants I got was pretty large too, and absolutely no snails or any pests at all. I had them wait a day or two in a separate bucket just to be safe, but I haven’t even seen detritus worms. Very healthy, clean, and safe addition to my 30 gallon :)

Very Unhealthy
Plants came smashed in a zip lock bag. They have no root and are rotted. These are not healthy plants and most likely will not survive.

Good Quality Plants!
Ordered these at the end of February and received 2 extra plants! They arrived in good condition with long, white roots. Needed these to help with an outdoor pond with newly hatched tadpoles (outdoor frogs chose their new home). The trick is to slowly acclimate the plants to their new, outdoor lighting by leaving them in partial shade. Plant leaves yellowed, fell off, but new growth settled in. Also take into consideration the time of year and weather when you order these. They are currently thriving and multiplying. The froglets love them, and the plants help keep the water clean!Update February 2025:These did so well during the warmer months, but had to bring them in as soon as it got cold because some started to die. These are tropical plants, so take that into mind. Right now, I have them indoors with a grow light and am occasionally feeding them aquatic plant food. Thankfully, they are recovering! Hope this helps those who are new to water gardening like me!

2 Possible sizes- great quality
I made 2 orders of this weeks apart. The first came in days, the second per the tracking the post office lost and took over 3 weeks to to arrive. Not an issue of this seller. I’m new to having water lettuce and when the first arrived I thought it was ‘full size. It appears to be miniature. This would have been the size I chose if I had known. Perfect for my aquariums. The pieces form this order spread and the photo shows how it’s gone from a hand size portion to my whole 55 is over running in about 4 weeks! I had already requested a refund on the second order since the other was lost in transit but yesterday it magically appeared. It was in rough shape but for 3 weeks I think I can salvage some. What surprised me is the size I received on the same item. The second order is HUGE. I’m going to try it out but unsure it can be kept inside. I do absolutely recommend the seller. While I’m sure the weather being cool helps, the packing is great and the product is quality. Even lost in the Mail the second order was in amazing condition for 3 weeks in a bag. Only complaint is the inconsistency in size!

Came with discolored water
The lettuce arrived in a gallon ziplock bag with about an inch of discolored water in it. It also arrived rotten and in terrible condition. I did not ask for a refund and threw it away. I was planing to add it to my pond, but since I was unsure of the water condition it came from and I have large koi fish in my pond, we did not add not do this. Just thought I’d share for other koi fish owners

Plants are disappointing and look beat up
The plants arrived in terrible shape - the leaves are tattered on the edges and many are yellow, there are not many attached roots, and the plants are smaller than expected. The plants didn't have many leaves (the "best" plant had 5 leaves) when they arrived and most have lost more leaves within the last 24 hours.

SO MUCH BETTER than what I got from an eBay vendor
I add water lettuce to my pond every year to shade the fish. It grows quickly and usually soon overtakes the pond, which is fine with me, because I pull out about two thirds of it and stick it under cardboard to rot down and make soil. But the order I got from eBay, which cost more than this did once the shipping was added in, was six little pieces of plant that looked about the size of a four-leaf clover except not that healthy and also with NO ROOTS attached. (They did give me a refund, thankfully.)These water lettuce plants arrived with a mass of thick, long, very healthy roots. I didn't measure the length, but I want to say between 1.5' and 2' long. The water lettuce rosettes were a little more than 2" across, which is small compared to what they will become, but they look very robust with no bruised or dead leaves. I tossed them immediately into my little pond, and they are already starting to grow even though it's not past our last frost date yet. I am very pleased with this order, and I know my fish are, too. They get totally freaked out when they don't have something to hide under.

Plants are alive but really puny
I like the plants were cheap and I like they were alive. I don't like how small and fragile. I would have two big ones and they would multiply. I hope these little pieces live and multiply too small
