The Bible passages on each page
I got this book for my bipolar mood swings so I could report to my Dr. how I am doing and if my medications need to be changed. I also use it for positive affirmations and just day to day happenings. Beautiful book and it is spiral bound. Would highly recommend this book.

So Cute!!
Love this journal it is so cute and works perfect for me! I wish they had different verses on all of the pages (they start to repeat after a certain number of pages), but not a big deal at all. The only other little issue I ran into with the journal is sometimes the pages get stuck and it is difficult to turn them (it only happens every once and awhile)

GORGEOUS journals at a great price!
We bought these to give to youth group girls at a fall retreat. They (and I) LOVED them! The watercolor design and the embossed verse in the background of the hard cover is beautiful. The pages are high-quality lined pages and I am thrilled that they each have a DIFFERENT verse on each page. The only thing I wish were different were that instead of a spiral binding they were a book binding. But in the end, these were the best value for the money and stunning. I'm so happy with this purchase!
