Q: Does this have an actual USB port on the device, or a proprietary usb adapter cord to a proprietary jack?

If this is the Blue electric razor from Aesfee it has a cord with it that is specific to the razor but plugs into the standard USB ports. It does not come with the 110v to 5 v adapter. I initially plugged it into my computer USB port to charge it, but the adapters are readily available at reasonable cost.
