The camera was neatly packaged and all parts were labeled and easy to find. The only exception was the mounts for the camera and the solar panel were very similar but of different sizes and there was nothing to indicate which was which. However logic dictated that the larger one was for the camera and the smaller one was for the solar panel.The camera needed to be charged first, and the provided a cable for that purpose. However, you need to provide your own USB charging block. The instructions were large enough to read and easy to follow. Once the app was loaded, the setup was amazingly easy! The app literally talked your through the installation and setup each step of the way. It could not have been a better setup experience.Mounting was simple. I will mention that due to the weight of the camera, you will need to tighten the knuckle quite tightly in order to get it to hold in place. Just be careful not to over-tighten and break it. The solar panel simply plugged in and all was set up and ready to go.The picture quality is amazing. The night vision works well. Motion detection works very well with very few false detections. They were caused from high winds blowing limbs and creating moving shadows all over the scene. Like any motion detection device, objects moving directly towards the camera are a little slow to detect, but any sideways motion is picked up very quickly. I was amazed at the width of the field of view for motion detection. I was moving from the side, almost at a 90 degree angle from forward and it still picked me up. I do not see any down side with this camera. It appears to be of good quality and a good value.

I am very happy that I stumbled upon this camera. Excellent piece of technology. Long lasting battery, with solar panel trickling down charge even in shade. Device sharing is great too. Only thing that can improve is the delivery time. Thanks

I absolutely love this camera, no wires no having to get in expensive electriction's to install!!Plus images are clear day and night. I have recommended this to friends as well as buying a 2nd one for myself!The above was my review...now for update .. the microphone does not work..so I contacted Amazon, no problem there immediate return.....I really love this camera, and wanted to buy another one....but now the price has increased by nearly $100 since Feb of this year, how is that possible? So unfortunately I will not be rebuying this camera
