Does its job; Built to last
The all steel construction makes this something I'll probably pass down to my son. Legs snap into place securely (I did need to adjust two clips with a little squeeze of pliers. The openings for the peppers are one size, so not all peppers fit perfectly. For small peppers, you can make a sabot from aluminum foil to keep them from slipping through. The reaming tool that comes with it worked great. It was much easier than a paring knife. On its inaugural run, the jalapeno poppers on my 22" Weber kettle came out beautifully. What little cooking residue there was, cleaned up easily. Now I just want to work on stuffing recipes.

Good quality easy to clean
Used this to smoke our bacon wrapped,spiced cream cheese, jalapeños. Worked very well, easy to clean, solid and a very good buy. It is a very useful tool in our kitchen/smoke shack.

Good quality, but..
Solid quality and comes with good tool for cleaning inside of jalapenos. But, holes to stand jalapenos in are a bit small.
