I got this for my Mom's memorial cabinet I'm building and it's absolutely beautiful! It's definitely glass and it's well made. No horrible cuts/ seams. The text is very well etched on. Great quality all around!

The glass heart was in beautiful condition and just as it is shown in the pictures. The gift box it came in however, that was in rough shape. The sides were torn and the corners were worn. I just went ahead and ordered a new, different gift box off of Amazon because I didn't have time to do a return on the product. I would order it again, I will just plan on ordering my own box next time as well.
