In what country is this knife manufactured?

I think this is still made in China. Good knife for its size.

Can I resharpen the knife after multiple use? Will I get the same sharpness as it was before?

All knives need to be sharpened depending on usage. I sharpen mine as needed. When I feel that the knife seems dull the I sharpen it carefully and check for sharpness. thank you

Can this knife cut thru the fish bones and make steaks? (not fillets). we are looking for cutting black pomfret, king fish, salmon, macarel and basa

I haven’t tried using it on big fish except a big salmon. Some big fish have strong bones. I think it can cut/slice big fish through the bones as long as you don’t force to the limit of the knife. For me I always use my knife carefully so as not to break the blade..Hope this will be of help. By the way it is a good small aquatic knife.

Made in china right? there is just no way germany would make a kinfe with g4116 german stainless-steel for the price!

It says "MADE BY HAND" on the side of the blade. Neither China nor Germany is mentioned.
