Worth it
These stay colder longer and provide a colder relief than the disposable ones. Nice to have the disposable cover to help with clean up. Size is also way more comfortable than the bulky disposable ones, felt like I could actually sit down with these while the other kind felt like a balloon under me.

Amazing ice pads
LOVE these ice packs! They feel so great, especially on episiotomy stitches. They aren’t big and bulky or uncomfortable to sit on like the Frida Mom ones. And they stay cold for a while. Definitely recommend getting this!

Helped my postpartum recovery!
I loved these way more than the Frida ice packs. The Frida ice packs were too bulky and not cold enough. These ice packs were COLD! Of course they don’t last long because of your own body temp but they do a great job of initially numbing/cooling the area! And having two is great to rotate!

Not just for postpartum!
I recently had sacral surgery for perineural cysts (Tarlov cysts.) Pre and post surgery I had pain and swelling. I used these for relief. They are not too cold but also don’t seem to last as long as I would like. They do provide short term relief for perhaps an hour. They’re easy to use and the size is perfect. I recommend buying the shorts with an area to slide in the cold pack to keep it in place. If not, use the disposable sleeves. I’ve used both. The shorts are best as they keep it in place.

BUY THEM. AMAZING
Lifesaver, can be used for breastfeeding or postpartum healing for down below! Can be heated up and cleaned used again and again! Extremely flexible. Not super soft, the edges can be very hard so don't expect to use them on that edge. Will definitely be part of my next baby shower gift basket!

Horrible value for price ($1 each?!)
Product itself is fine, but I won’t be reordering due to the sudden, outrageous price hike. I paid $8.99 for these 5 weeks ago right after my baby got here, and inexplicably they are now triple the price at $23.59. Horrible value, especially as there are no competing products. These are nowhere near worth $1. Just wrap the gel pack in a paper towel.

This was the absolute must during my first 4 weeks of postpartum. I had a second degree tear and this helped with the swelling so much. I like how it provides you the disposal sleeves, however, beware I couldn't find more disposable sleeves.l online. Once I did heal a little better, I did use them with just aloe on top the icepack to help and soothe the teared area. (They're easy to clean)

Mucho mejores que los desechables que se truenan, estos están más fríos y ayudan a aliviar más el dolor. Gran compra!

Preferred over the popular disposable ice packs as these stay colder for longer and are reusable.
