I wear these under my scrubs, 3/4 sleeves long enough to cover but short enough not to get wet every time you wash your hands. Durable shirts I just keep ordering them for years now.

Nice top but size up (in my opinion)
I like the high crewneck on this top and the longer 3/4 sleeve length. Also like that the fabric seems substantial without being heavy. I had to size up from a small (typically) to a large so that the arms and bust wouldn't be too tight. If you like form-fitting tops then go with you usual size I guess. The large fits me like other size small tee shirts that I own.

Nice quality
Nice quality, but seems to run very small, in my opinion. I do not like to wear something that is super tight fitting and these were tight on me, and I run tall, but very slim.

Sizing
I wear a small size. 2 or 4 in most clothes. Therefore I ordered a Medium to be safe. Was so small it was hard to get on. The TShirt was quite nice, however, be very wary of sizing.
