My girlfriend bought this for me because I'm supposed to avoid iodized salt in favour of kosher salt, and most soy sauces use the former. Tastewise, it's excellent, though I suspect a lot of people would suggest it's TOO smoky. It's on the cusp for me, and I'm an avid BBQ'er, so... The value proposition with regards to the amount of sauce related to cost just isn't there, however. Just way too expensive for what it is. But if you are the type who has unlimited money, give it a go.
